Are you a Scarborough Middle Schooler who wants to use your voice and creativity to bring about positive change in the community? We offer new opportunities for our Fiddlehead Alums and friends. Open to any 6th & 7th grader and by invitation to our 5th graders, we hope to build a vibrant, inclusive and active group of young leaders. Some programs will be project based and may include: service projects, art installations, community partnerships and more! For example our young leaders entered the Upcycle Challenge from EcoMaine and created a working chandelier out of single use plastic bottles; They won first prize and were on the local news.  Other programs involve special training, like to become a CIT (counselor in training) for our summer camps.
