Session 1 Jun 27 to Jul 1 (maximum 12 campers) |
Cryptozoology/ Clay Crazy LOOK OUT, IT’S BIG FOOT!!! This week we will be exploring the amazing world of cryptozoology. Creating Eco-systems, unknown creatures and animal sightings. Let’s discover unknown footprints in the woods and hunt down that large, human/ape looking beast. / We will also be experimenting with different styles of clay building. We will use the pottery wheel to create a dinner set, learn to coil, slab roll, and hand build, and glaze our finished clay creations. |

Lego Robotics/Building Big Learn how to build and program Lego robots to perform tasks and navigate mazes. / We will also learn the science behind and experiment with building skyscrapers, geodesic domes, tunnels, dams and more. |

Session 3 Jul 11 to Jul 15 (maximum 12 campers) |
Art Mania! Let’s get messy! We will use and explore different materials to do drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, clay, fabric, wood, & more. We’ll work from our own ideas & get inspired by nature! |

Mythical Creatures Enter the world of myth and discover the diverse creatures that dwell there. Each day we will discover new creatures from dragons to griffins, creating art using a variety of mediums. Let your imagination soar! |

Camp Star - Little Mermaid We will spend the week writing scripts, rehearsing, creating props and costumes to perform our show Little Mermaid on that Friday. Campers will collaborate with one another to enrich our creativity in a fun and safe environment under the sea! |

Lights, Camera, CREATE! Explore the world through different lenses. Take pictures with the sun, document life standing still and with a moving picture. Let’s be a movie star! Create a script, special effects, and act to make a short film. / Take your different types of photography and create an artful SCRAPBOOK built internally with your own hands. |

Eco Art/Clay Extravaganza Let’s explore art that helps benefit this planet by recycling and using nature. GO GREEN! / We will also learn and experiment with hand building, slab, coil, and the pottery wheel to create amazing works of art. Campers will create bowls, masks, and creatures all glazed to perfection. |

Battle of the Arts Each day we will learn art from different time periods and multiple techniques. Starting with the Renaissance to Modern day Art. Become an artist – Who would you like to be? Van Gogh, Andy Warhol, Dali, Frida Kahlo, or Swoon? Experiment with art in ways you never thought possible! The world is your canvas. |

Paper Arts/ Science Sleuths Dive into the world of paper with folding, manipulation, and paper mache. Let’s experiment & create projects that will include masks, sculptures, piñatas, beads, and more! / Become a detective! Forensic science is an ideal tool for learning the nature of science. I spy some mysteries that need solving! |
